Is a permit required in Alabaster?

Not when the container sits on a private driveway. If it needs to go on a public road, Alabaster requires a right-of-way permit — we'll point you to the exact office to contact.

Household junk, furniture, renovation debris, shingles, decking, flooring and drywall are all fine. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or freon-containing appliances. Yard debris, dirt and concrete go in a dedicated heavy-load container.
